How can I make a reservation?

How can I locate my driver after the flight arrives?
Your driver will meet you after the exit from Customs inside the airport terminal. The driver will have a sign with your name on it. If the airport is full and you have trouble locating your driver, contact us immediately so we can contact the driver and find a place to find him easier at the airport.
 
What happens if my flight arrives late?
We work 24 hours and monitor all flights arriving at Madeira. So, no matter if your flight is late or early, a driver will be waiting at no additional cost.
 
What happens if I miss my flight and come on another flight?
We recommend that in this situation contact us as soon as possible by phone or email.
 
How long the driver expects me to pass the customs or the baggage claim?
The driver usually wait 40 minutes. We recommend that you contact us by phone if you might take more than 40 minutes to clear customs or claim your luggage.
 
How long does the trip from the airport to the center of Funchal?
It will take about 25 minutes.
 
What are the payment methods accepted?
We accept cash in euros.
 
How can I know the time that I will get picked to go to the airport of Madeira?
This time will be indicated in the email confirmation. Usually we get passengers two hours before the scheduled flight departure time. Either way, it is important that you call us before your departure if there is any change in flight.
